The Monash Health Social Work Service is a networked and integrated service providing clinical care to inpatients and outpatients across a range of programs at Monash Health

We are now looking to appoint a permanent part time Grade 4 Women’s and Family Violence Practice and Innovations Lead.

**A Day in the Life**

**What you Bring**

Ability to support the Adult Inpatient Allied Health Social Work team with a focus on the women’s and family violence environment, in the ongoing development of evidence based clinical practice standards, education and training and quality improvement to ensure there is a focus on a relentless pursuit of excellence in everything we do.

You will have clinical expertise, consolidated skills and professional knowledge, particularly in the areas of social complexities that exist within the vulnerable women’s cohort we work with and alongside family violence complexities.

You will strive to continually improve team performance through leading educational and research initiatives, evaluating, auditing and monitoring data (qualitative and quantitative) and designing improvements in quality and safety.

**What you Need**:
To be considered for this important role you will ideally possess the following:

- Bachelor of Social Work or Masters Social Work Qualifying OR Master of Social Work, OR equivalent as assessed and approved by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Minimum of seven years’ experience as a qualified Social Worker.
- Accredited Social Worker: as approved by the AASW
- A current Victorian Driver’s Licence
