**What You Will Be Doing**

This permanent part-time Grade 2 Social Work role is an opportunity to provide patient-centred care to children and families across both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced, multi-disciplinary teams and provide psychosocial assessment, emotional support and intervention for inpatients and outpatients with a variety of conditions, including diabetes.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Eligibility for Membership for AASW
- Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Two or more years post-qualifying experience.
