**The Role**

We are seeking a **Car Audio Installer** to join our team.

You will work independently to install aftermarket car audio products in various vehicles. Your work will directly impact the quality of our services and your expertise will be crucial in ensuring every job is done to the highest standard as reflection of the Company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform high-quality, mobile installation of aftermarket car audio systems for a variety of vehicles across metro Melbourne.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues related to car audio systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining installation processes and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and parts required for installations.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes, share knowledge, and maintain the quality of service.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- A valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a workshop environment dealing with vehicle computer systems
- Must be +18 years old and have a valid Police check.
- Proven experience as a car audio installer with advanced knowledge of car electrical systems.
- Strong familiarity with a wide range of aftermarket car audio products and installation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple appointments per day.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience with other vehicle electronics (e.g., alarms, GPS systems) is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
