Hose & Tool Room Storekeeper

Rosebel Gold Mines N.V. is seeking an experienced and self-motivated **Hose & Tool Room Storekeeper** to join our **Mine Maintenance team**. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating hydraulic hoses according to specifications and ensuring efficient management of the hose and tool room operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Fabricate hydraulic hoses using the crimping machine as per work orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of tools and materials.
- Operate the hose shop computer system and complete required documentation.
- Perform weekly Tool Crib Attendant checks and ensure all tools are properly used and maintained.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Identify and report safety and environmental hazards.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Technical diploma in mechanical or electrical studies (LTS WTB, NATIN, AMTO or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience or 1 year as Tool Crib Attendant
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic hose fabrication and tool room procedures.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to read and follow job plans and technical documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, Mandarin language is an asset.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule of 14 days of work followed by 7 days break.
