Youth Impact Facilitator

The Youth Impact Facilitator - Engagement & Learning is responsible for supporting young people to engage in existing re-engagement and learning programs. The Youth Impact Facilitator works collaboratively with the Y Youth team to develop innovative new re-engagement programs tailored to meet the needs of local young people.
The Youth Impact Facilitator is a super creative role focusing on creating impact with and for young people via engaging, positive and innovative initiatives.
Our Youth Impact Facilitators are the face of the Y Ballarat Youth Team who work collaboratively with local organisations whilst providing informal mentoring for young people.
