**About the Role**

This is a full-time, hands-on role combining warehouse coordination, general office admin, and assistance to the Operations Manager. You’ll be responsible for supporting stock movement, internal data entry, logistics, and basic admin duties.

We're not seeking years of experience — we’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, hardworking, and willing to learn. You’ll receive full training on our systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

Inventory & Logistics
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our internal system (training provided)
- Process outgoing orders and coordinate courier dispatch
- Track and follow up deliveries with logistics providers

Light Front Desk Support
- Welcome client visits and direct them to the appropriate sales team member
- Assist with simple paperwork and order pickups from online shop

Admin & Assistant Tasks
- Enter data into internal systems and manage basic documents
- Perform simple Excel tasks (e.g., stock lists, spreadsheets)
- Provide admin support to the Operations Manager as required
- Potential to assist with simple reconciliation tasks in Xero — experience preferred but not required

- Willingness to learn new systems and take ownership of tasks
- Basic Excel skills are essential and advanced Excel skills are a bonus
- No prior experience required — full training provided
- Open to recent graduates
- Experience in admin, or Xero is a plus, not a must

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
