**About the Role**

We are currently searching for a dedicated and motivated **Customer Service Attendant **to support our close-knit team on a **full-time basis **at our venue, Halekulani Bowling Club, located in Budgewoi, NSW

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be the face of our front line and work across a diverse range of areas including the bar, gaming and concierge, whilst demonstrating a customer-focused attitude and commitment to ensure memorable moments are created for all our guests.

**About You**

To be successful for this role, you should have the following:

- Previous experience within hospitality or a customer related role
- Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
- A willingness to build a long term relationship with our customers
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights and weekends
- Hold a current NSW RSA and RCG
