**About the Role**:
Come and join the team at at our **Carlton **Aged care facility where we are leading the industry in driving our award winning **‘Better Together'** model, where we value our employees who in turn makes a positive impact on our customers.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic **Personal Care Assistants/Care Companions **with a passion for people that can provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing.

Rosters available:
7am - with shifts finishing either 1pm, 2pm or 3pm (Weekdays OR Weekday shifts +Weekend)

2:45pm - 9:45pm (Weekdays OR Weekdays+Weekend)

9:30pm - 7:15am (Tues to Fri OR Fri to Sun)

**A little bit about you...**
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days a week
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza

**Salary**: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour
