**The role**:
We are looking for a well-organised and experienced bookkeeper to join our team.

This is a part-time role offering 34-30 hours per week.

You will have experience using Xero and possess excellent time management skills.

**Duties**:

- Processing and balancing accounts receivable
- Processing and balancing accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- Process super contribution
- Invoicing
- Run P&L reports
- Working cosely with our external accountant

**Qualifications & experience**
- Established bookkeeper Trainee Accountant with Extensive knowledge of Excel and Xero (minimum 2 years)

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping BAS Compiling financial reports Updating inventory systems Assisting with invoicing Costing analysis
