You will
- Handle and coordinate active calendars/appointments/billings
- Schedule and confirm appointments and recall/reminders
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Practice Policies
- Ensure effective filing through data management and upkeep according to protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Covid safe operation as per business plan
About You
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- High level computer skills
- Willingness to learn
- Desirable: previous experience as a receptionist or administration (particularly in medical/health care settings)

Based in picturesque Cabarita, we are a small family practice which is open from 8:30 am - 6pm from Mon - Fri, and 9am - 12pm pn Saturdays. We close for 2 hours from 12:30-2pm for lunch at mid-day
