Modern Teaching Aids fast-paced Portal de Alumnos Distribution Centre is on the hunt for experienced Warehouse Pickers and Packers for an ongoing work opportunity to join our ever-growing and successful team, distributing products to early learning, middle school and retail outlets (both on-line and in-store) nationwide.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Storing and packing goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures and/or regulations
- Allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas
- Selecting orders and assembling goods
- Responsible for housekeeping in own work environment
- Periodic store checks
- Basic operation of VDU or similar equipment
- General warehouse labour
- Maintaining records
- Ability to follow WHS guidelines and operate safely in a fast-paced environment

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Previous pick & pack experience (desirable)
- Physically fit
- Confident and engaging communication skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Good level of numeracy & literacy skills essential
- MUST have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Availability five days per week (Monday to Friday) with a choice of AM or PM shift. (AM = 6am start) (PM = 2pm start)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $26.50 - $34.50 per hour
