**DB Schenker** Australia is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Pallet Controller/Administrator **to join our energetic logistics team in **Redbank**.

**Key Focus of Role**:

- Conduct pallet reconciliations and maintain accurate control of Chep and Loscam pallets
- Manage pallet recoveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date pallet systems
- Educate and support team members on pallet management processes
- Liaise with customers and trading partners, handling issues, dehires, and data entry
- Ensure monthly pallet stocktakes are conducted, auditing and enhancing SOPs

**Key Deliverables**:

- Timely and accurate monthly pallet stocktakes, weekly reconciliations, and daily outbound reports
- Development and maintenance of effective relationships with internal and external clients
- Contribution to team knowledge sharing, support for new services or products, and active participation in personal and team development
- 1-2+ years of experience in the logistics Industry, specifically in a pallet controlling role
- Familiarity with pallet terminology, reconciliation skills, and control software (e.g., MyChep, Loscam Online, 2IC)
- Strong communication, organisational, and multi-tasking abilities
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a solid understanding of OH&S practices
- Relevant certifications or licences would be an advantage
