Food & Beverage Attendant (Casual)

Our menu, inspired and guided by meat expert Adrian Richardson from 'Good Chef Bad Chef', highlights the finest local produce from the Golden Plains, Otways, Moorabool Valley, and the Bellarine Peninsula. Located on Level 1 of the Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong, Maestro offers an inviting atmosphere that blends intimacy, charisma, and familiarity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring high standards of service.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including daily specials and local produce.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required.
