The **Pearl Home Care Brisbane North** is a growing small franchise within Brisbane North. Our compassionate and holistic care teamwork from north of Brisbane River to Caboolture, Burpengary, Bribie Island.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly individuals in their homes or residential care facilities.

Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support.

Foster a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of clients.

Monitor and record client progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

Promote independence and social engagement by facilitating recreational activities and outings.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent

Valid police clearance

Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Possession of a valid driver's license and car insurance

Previous experience in the aged care industry is highly beneficial

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards elderly individuals

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel within the designated service area to provide support to clients in their homes.

Availability to work broken shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

We provide a range of services to aged and disability care services. Services can include but is not limited to domestic cleaning, personal care worker, transport, assistance with shopping, meal preparation and assistance with meals/feeding, respite, and social support.

We support different ethnicity clients and have multicultural team to support them.

Our carers, care for our clients who might be supported by either a Home Care Package, NDIS, Self-managed or Brokerage.

We are looking for carers that have or is willing to obtain:

- Certificate III in Aged, Disability or Individual Support
- Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Driver’s license, own vehicle, and Comprehensive Car Insurance
- COVID-19 Vaccination & Flu Vaccination Certificates
- (Optional) Experience in community services, allied health or carer roles
- (Optional) Willingness to work sleepover or weekend shifts.
