**Pearl Home Care Brisbane North** is a growing small franchise within Brisbane North. Our compassionate and holistic care teamwork from north of Brisbane River to Caboolture. We provide a range of services to aged and disability care services. Services can include but is not limited to domestic cleaning, personal care worker, transport, assistance with shopping, meal preparation and assistance with feeding, respite, and social support.

We want to expand our team by welcoming different communities from **Philippines, Vietnam, Chinese, Thai or Korean** to join our team.

We support different ethnicity clients and have multicultural team to support them.

Our carers, care for our clients who might be supported by either a Home Care Package, NDIS, Self-managed or Brokerage.

**Benefits**:

- Hourly award rates between $29 to $38

- Flexible hours with an intention of set schedule wherever possible
- Penalty rates for evenings, weekends and public holidays

We are looking for carers that have or is willing to obtain:

- Certificate III in Aged, Disability or Individual Support
- Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Driver’s license, own vehicle, and Comprehensive Car Insurance
- COVID-19 Vaccination & Flu Vaccination Certificates
- (Optional) Experience working in community services, allied health or carer roles.
- Available to participate in out of hours activities as required to undertake the requirements of the role.
- (Optional) Willingness to work sleepover or weekend shifts.
