**About the role**

As a BIM & Revit Trainer, you’ll work with the Hassell’s BIM Leadership globally to improve the quality and consistency of our BIM capabilities through training, education, mentoring and support. You’ll help design and deliver learning opportunities through in-person, live-online training, webinars and on-demand online training modules.

**About you**

We’re looking for a BIM & Revit Trainer who is passionate about driving performance and creating a culture of BIM excellence within our studios. You should be able to work collaboratively and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Revit (Rhino proficiency is also desirable) including proven practical project experience.
- Proven experience developing and delivering training aligned with best practice both online and in-person across our global studios.
- Ability to review skill gaps of individuals and teams with the aim of continuous improvement of project teams
- Ability to convey ideas clearly and articulately, and empathically relate to a wide range of perspectives
- Relevant degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or related discipline
- Relevant training certification and Autodesk Certified Professional certification highly desirable
