About the Role
Due to expansion we are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for the Gold Coast with clients ranging from Ipswich to Currumbin. No two days will ever be the same, this is not your typical 9-5 job. As the supervisor you will report directly to the Area Manager. Your main purpose in this role will be to ensure all current clients are receiving the highest level of service from our cleaners and that your team is delivering the highest standard of cleaning. This is a hands on role and you will also be cleaning as well as training new and existing cleaners.
Work hours for this role will typically fall within Tuesday to Friday from 12.00-8pm as well as Saturdays, Saturday start and finish times are flexible. There will be overtime on occasion. Time management will be critical in this role. You will be provided full training within a friendly work environment and know exactly who to report you.
Key Areas and Responsibilities include:
- You would be responsible for training new and existing cleaners
- Inspection/ audits of current work sites
- You will be required to clean. This is a hands-on role
- Travel between sites

- You have a current driver’s licence.
Reward
This is a full-time role in which you can expect to earn between $65,000 to $75,000 which includes your wage and superannuation. You will also receive a work vehicle that is fully paid for by Commercial Clean Australia that you can use in your personal time. You will also be provided a company phone and laptop.

**Experience**:
- Cleaning: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
