WesTrac are currently looking for a motivated **Workshop Supervisor** to join our team based in South Guildford.

Reporting to the Project Manager - Service Efficiency & Innovation, this individual will support the Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) in the management of WIP movement and storage across the Guildford facility and in the execution of project improvements.

This individual will be responsible for the daily management, leadership, support and mentoring of the WIP Controllers, ensuring a high level of safety focus with actions that support a belief in a zero-harm culture. In addition, there will be a requirement to execute projects with guidance from the Project Manager.

This individual will be required to demonstrate effective Leadership whilst being responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to their teams and building and driving a culture that is safe, productive and enjoyable.

**To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Strong supervisory experience within a Leading Hand, Supervisor or equivalent level role
- Previous experience within a warehouse, parts or distribution environment
- Knowledge of and experience in utilising continuous improvement and lean principle methodologies
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Innovative and out of the box approach with the ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Have the demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
