At PJC Plumbing Services, we’re an industry leading plumbing maintenance and hydraulic services plumbing company in Sydney, and are looking for an experienced and organised Assistant Manager to join our growing and dedicated team. You'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently.

**Assitant Manager | About the Role**:
In this varied and challenging role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

- Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing plumbing supplies and materials at the best possible price and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Warehouse Management: Overseeing the smooth operation of our warehouse, including stock control, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Estimating: Assisting with project estimates by preparing material takeoffs and liaising with plumbers to ensure accuracy.
- Administration: Providing administrative support to the Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Plant & Equipment Management: Ensuring our fleet of vehicles and plumbing equipment is well-maintained and operational by scheduling servicing and repairs.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the plumbing industry or related field.
- Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Plumbing or plumbing supplies knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: $82,000.00 - $107,774.06 per year
