Social Worker, Counsellor or Occupational Therapist Level 3: $56.68 - $58.52 per hour
Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2: $57.11 - $58.98 per hour
Senior Psychologist: $60.12 - $65.14 per hour

**What you will bring to the role**
- This is an Identified Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Position. Applicants for this position must be of Aboriginal descent through parentage, identify as an Aboriginal person and be accepted in the community as such. Exemption is claimed under Section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). Must also hold current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
- OT: Recognised tertiary qualifications & registration with AHPRA & significant clinical experience in a mental health setting, Counsellor Bachelor, Master or Doctorate degree in counselling & evidence of listing on ARCAP, either PACFA (clinical registrant) or ACA (min level 3) All counsellors where they engage in ongoing counselling/psychotherapy are required to maintain ARCAP registration, SW hold a minimum bachelor's degree & eligibility for membership of AASW & significant clinical experience in a mental health setting, Nursing Relevant post-registration qualification & a minimum 3 years' experience in a mental health setting, Senior Psychologist, four year degree in psychology being a three year degree with a fourth year honors or who has qualifications deemed equivalent by the LHD & who is registered as a psychologist with AHPRA. Current Senior Psychologist or eligible for senior Psychologist grading (with no less than 12 months or 9th year of service or thereafter rate).
- Demonstrated experience and competence in family focused, evidence based psychosocial assessment and intervention with a complex caseload in a community setting. This includes specialist knowledge of;
- The impact and treatment of parental mental illness and drug and alcohol problems on family functioning - intra-familial child abuse and neglect - family focussed integrated treatment including risk assessment and safety planning
- Demonstrated advanced reasoning skills with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team with mínimal direct clinical supervision
- Demonstrated capacity to act as an independent consultant and clinical leader in the specialty area of family focused mental health
- Demonstrated partnership building and negotiation skills with a wide range of service providers and well developed understanding of the interface between services
- Demonstrated knowledge of the historical and contemporary issues which may impact on Australian Aboriginal family functioning and ability to provide a culturally appropriate service
