Floor Supervisor

With a spectacular waterfront location in the heart of the Rocks, 6 HEAD will be the newest restaurant in a well-established boutique hospitality company. Now we are looking for you You’ll be someone who excels and enjoys serving large cover numbers while still maintaining uncompromising service standards.

We need a motivated and enthusiastic Floor Supervisor to come on board, immerse themselves in an in-depth, quality training program and help us in launching a brand-new restaurant.

What are we looking for
- Commitment to developing and maintaining service standards to ensure a world class experience
- A dedication to providing the front of house team with a motivated, vibrant and passionate leadership style
- Someone committed in driving and nurturing a positive workplace culture
- The ability to work in a high pressure/high volume restaurant with strong decision-making skills
- To lead from the front with your sleeves rolled up in all aspects of service
- Assisting in the recruitment, training and development of the front of house teams
- Managing restaurant operations to company standards
- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
- 2+ years working in a similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
