**About Lizard Centre**:
For over 20 years the Lizard Centre has been a leader in Applied Behaviour Analysis and early intervention in Australia. We provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions.

We are currently seeking an **experienced** and passionate Behavioural Therapy Assistant who is available to work with a family in **Richlands** for **2 weekly shifts**:

- Monday 3:15pm-6:15pm
- Thursday 3:15pm-6:15pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in varied settings, including home/clinic/school
- Support clients in developing their skills; communication, social interactions and emotional regulation
- Collect client data to track progress and identify areas of improvement
- Foster a positive environment that encourages client participation

**Skills & Experience**
- **Previous experience working with children is required** _(e.g. Behaviour Therapist, Therapy Assistant, Registered Behaviour Technician, Disability Support Worker, Early Childhood Educator/Childcare Worker)_
- Studying or completed a Degree/ Certificate in Psychology, Disability, Education, Occupational Therapy or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion for helping individuals reach their full potential

**Requirements**:

- Working with Children Check & NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module - 'Quality, Safety and You'
- Australian Driver’s License & Vehicle
- Laptop/iPad - you will be using your own device on shift
