**About the Opportunity**

**An exciting opportunity for Educators to work across multiple services at Uniting St Luke’s Preschool Belmont North** and **Uniting Preschool Caves Beach. **These services are a much-loved part of our community, teaching young children the crucial skill of learning that will ease their transition to ‘big school’, and far beyond.

We are currently seeking an** Educators** to join the team on a casual basis

**This is a rare preschool opportunity, working for an established and supportive team who are passionate about early childhood education and child protection**

**What you’ll be doing in this role**

As an Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework

**Your work may include**:

- Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
- Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
- Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes

**Who we’re looking for**
- Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job experience (preferred)
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- A work history that demonstrates, programming, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
