We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Workers Compensation**team at **Mercer Marsh Benefits.**This role will be based in our **Perth**office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days in the office and is offered on a **12-month, maternity contract.**

**We will count on you to**:

- Negotiate and place underwritten workers compensation policies for clients
- Provide expert advice on managed fund policies and offer ad hoc support to employers
- Present confidently to clients, articulating recommendations and strategies effectively
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

**What you need to have**:

- Proven experience in workers compensation placement and brokerage
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent critical thinking and negotiation skills
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and trust

- Experience in presenting complex information clearly and persuasively
- A background in risk management or insurance is advantageous
- Additional qualifications in relevant fields, including allied health or insurance would be advantageous
