**Job description**

**About Us**:
We are a well-established childcare service dedicated to providing a positive and safe learning environment for children. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Childcare Administration Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, has excellent communication skills, and is familiar with debt collection processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Enrolments**: Process new enrolments and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each child.
- **Debtor Monitoring**: Handle & manage overdue payments in a professional and respectful manner.
- **Admin Support**: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as updating records, scheduling, and filing.
- **Drafting and Communicating RMP’s**: Draft and communicate Risk Management Plans (RMPs) for children as needed, ensuring that all relevant information is documented and shared with appropriate parties.
- **CCS Management**: Assist families with **Child Care Subsidy (CCS)** queries and support the correct processing of CCS claims.
- **Booking Schedule Changes**: Handle changes to children’s bookings and schedules, ensuring the system is updated and families are informed in a timely manner.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of **Owna software** is prefered.
- Experience with **Child Care Subsidy (CCS)** and understanding of its processing.
- Proven ability to work **autonomously** and manage your own workload.
- Experience with **debt collecting** and managing financial transactions.
- Excellent **communication** skills (written and verbal).
- Strong **attention to detail** and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
