Surfers Paradise, Australia La Calabrese at Ocean Full time

We're looking for **experienced section waiters** to join our front-of-house team at _La Calabrese_ — a vibrant, oceanfront Italian restaurant in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment where attention to detail, great communication, and genuine hospitality are key. Our team takes pride in delivering **real Italian food and warm Calabrian hospitality** — and we’re looking for like-minded professionals who can hit the ground running.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Confident **section waiters** with at least **3 years of a la carte experience**:

- Great knowledge of **food, wine, and table service standards**:

- Ability to handle busy nights with calm and care
- **Team players** who take initiative and look after their section
- RSA certified and ready to work nights/weekends
