**Job Description** Multiple Food and Beverage Assistant Roles - Part Time**

**Hourly rates (excluding super)**:
**Monday - Friday**: $24.95
**Saturday**: $31.19
**Sunday**: $37.43

**Avani Melbourne Jazz Corner Residences** is currently seeking **several passionate Food and Beverage Assistants** to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll be part of a close-knit team providing high-quality service across breakfast, room service, bar, and live music events. Whether you're setting the tone with a warm welcome or delivering food and drinks with style, you'll help create memorable moments for every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver warm, professional service in the café, room service, bar, and event settings.
- Take and serve accurate food and beverage orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented work and dining environment.
- Assist in setup and pack-down of service areas, including event spaces.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Address guest needs and resolve issues with care and professionalism.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
- Availability across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
