- The National Gallery of Victoria are looking for a talented and experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dedicated and professional Events team where art meets hospitality. As an F&B Attendant - Events, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during events, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable._

**The Role**
- Set up and prepare areas before events, including arranging tables and chairs, table settings, and decorations as per event requirements.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs and requests during events.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth event operations.
- Deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
- Establish, uphold, and oversee quality customer service practices.

**The Person**:

- Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend, and public holidays.
- Barista experience desirable
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Must have RSA
