**About The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Chirnside Park, Victoria. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, this role holds full responsibility for driving performance across safety, production, quality, and cost across our Plastics manufacturing plant. We're seeking a strong leader who is passionate about developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture using best practise methods and lead the change.

**What You'll Do**:
As our **Manufacturing Manager**, you will:

- **Make a difference**-**Lead the plastic injection moulding manufacturing plant with a focus on delivering efficient, cost effective and high-quality products to customers. Work collaboratively looking for opportunities to improve the plant efficiency whilst leading productivity and projects. Oversee the preventative maintenance program (MEX) and provide maintenance reporting for the plant.
- **Innovate and solve problems**: Oversee the quality program including ISO9001 compliance to ensure products meet applicable codes and standards. Ensure inventory inputs and outputs are met in full and on time. Manage the manufacturing budget with a focus on cost saving initiatives and opportunities
- ** Collaborate**: Coach and develop a high performing team, build ITW toolbox experience across the team to drive continuous improvement focus and develops a diverse talent pipeline.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Provide visible safety leadership, drive a safety-first culture, support and enable the safety committee and deliver safety projects and initiatives across the plastics factory. Be responsible for site safety engagement and risk mitigation plans.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Proven experience (5 years+) in Manufacturing Operations leadership roles with strong track record of results across all aspects of operations, safety, continuous improvement and cost management;
- Strong commitment to building a safety and high performance culture;
- Ability to build leverage influential relationships across functions to deliver results and improve the workplace culture;
- Natural leader - Identify & deliver key focus areas;
- Experienced in Quality and Safety management Systems;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; and
- Experienced in leading change & delivering a vision/project in a manufacturing setting
