**Your Role**:
You will report to the Director Student Services, Metropolitan North Region.
**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring continuity of appropriate service delivery in schools supporting students experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- Management of Senior Advisors and Supervisors across the range of professionals employed within the Student Wellbeing Workforce including Psychology, Social Work, Guidance Officers and Youth Workers.
- Providing advice aligning with relevant policy and procedures to regional leaders, and instigating the development of guidelines, rules, regulations, procedures or instructions for staff
- Collaborating with others to analyse organisational design and formulate strategic plans for staff and organisational development as required.
