What your day will look like....
Your day as a Purchasing Officer at Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service will involve reviewing and processing purchasing requests, ensuring compliance with DDH and QH policies. You will manage invoicing, inventory, and contract support while maintaining thorough records for financial audits. Additionally, you'll coordinate the annual stocktake for Maintenance & Engineering, provide support for work orders and accounts payable, and assist with equipment repairs, including obtaining quotes and managing freight. Throughout, you'll embody Darling Downs Health's values, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and efficient.
