**THE ROLE**
Based in Jandakot, Omni's Fixed Wing Maintenance Team are seeking a Store Person / Procurement Officer to join our highly skilled and diverse team. As a Store Person you will be responsible for supporting Omni's aviation procurement requirements. This role is to ensure all associated aircraft, engine maintenance and fleet AOG defects parts are sourced in a timely manner. The Stores Person will report to the Maintenance Manager and is accountable for the stocktaking and procurement in accordance with the authorised procurement policies.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensure all procurement, including stock takes are completed in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Manual, Civil Aviation Regulations and Aircraft or Engine Manufacturers Manuals.
- Ensure strict control of stores and distribution systems in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Manual.
- Maintain professional relationships with all maintenance stakeholders and sub-contractors.
- Promote the good health and safety of all team members in the workplace.

**Essential Requirements**

The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

**In addition, this role will require**:

- Over 4 years practical experience in an aviation organisation
- Ability to use electronic stores management program (e.g. Aerotrack)

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Recognised qualifications across multiple areas
- Competent in ICT utilisation
