About the Role
The Inventory Team Leader is the 3IC for the store and is responsible for maximising the store’s operational profits, providing asset protection, ensuring accurate reporting of stock, and assisting in leading the team. The Inventory Team Lead will also assist in the warehouse to manage inventory from end to end.
**Responsibilities**:
- Minimising business losses and ensuring the store operational results are being constantly monitored
- Analysing stock losses such as known theft, damaged in store, lost in transit, store use
- Ensuring that cycle counts are being conducted regularly and as per roster with results reported to Store Manager
- Reviewing and actioning key issues arising from operations and safety audits
- Communicating and sharing known losses regularly with the store manager and key team members
- Monitoring store expense orders such as stationary, bags, VM, hangers and fixtures
- Training in and practising the highest standard of accuracy across all operational areas of the store
- Review and assess the refill of the store and work on priorities as required
- Manage aged stock as per the company guidelines
- To be an efficient back up to the Store Manager and working in conjunction with the Customer Service Team Leader to deliver desirable outcomes
Skills and Experience
- Experience in retail and if possible an inventory focused environment
- Exposure and understanding of national and state OH&S requirements
- Attention to detail

**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
