**About the Role**
- Make a positive difference to our residents’ lives by helping support their health and wellbeing as a Volunteer. IRT volunteer program allows for more flexibility and informal interactions, personalised activities and strengthens our ability to response to individual's preferences.
We’re looking for people that are warm, caring, compassionate and are team players who would like to volunteer in the below Care Centres and Retirement Villages;

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- We’re looking for volunteers who are warm and caring, compassionate and are a team player, have good communication and interpersonal skills. Volunteers will need to undergo a National Criminal History Check, and complete volunteer training sessions and inductions.
We have many residents who speak many different languages.....if you are fluent in another language, we would love to hear from you
