About the Role

As an Aged Care Employee at IRT Marco Polo Unanderra, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your role is essential in enhancing the quality of life for our residents while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

This is a part-time opportunity with mostly morning and afternoon shifts, and a few night shifts available, Monday through Sunday. The right candidate must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Your work will include:

  • Assisting our residents with their daily living and personal needs such as eating, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, personal grooming and general mobility

  • Administering medication and applying simple wound dressings

  • Supporting resident participation in lifestyle and social activities

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing Support or equivalent

    Experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in the aged care secto- r
