We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Production Operator / Food Process Worker** to join our operations at our small-scale poultry food manufacturing plant. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, processing, packaging and quality assurance of items.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operating production machinery and adjusting equipment to track gauge readings
- Keep track of cleaning and maintenance of machines to keep them in good working order
- Plan and schedule production runs based on demands forecast, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
- Continuously evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Implement new strategies or technologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs

**Qualifications**:

- At least a relevant AQF Certificate II qualification or equivalent; or 1 year of relevant work experience to substitute the qualification
- Proven experience as a Food process worker, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of poultry processing and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to handle working in Cold Rooms/Freezer Rooms
