**About the role**:
You will lead a team of Companions in the delivery of customer directed care. Providing hands on delivery, guidance and mentoring in customer service, personal care, medication, lifestyle and wellbeing activities, you will support and encourage customer choice to achieve quality outcomes.
There are a number of position available across the roster with hours up to 36 per fortnight.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Certificate IV in Aged Care with Medication Module “HLTHPS007 - Administer and Monitor Medications” (or employer deemed equivalent)
- Demonstrated aptitude to supervise, develop and mentor staff
- Proven experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service and lifestyle outcomes
- Demonstrated empathy with and commitment to the care of older people
- Ability to connect with and help others
- Proven ability to solve problems and find the ‘yes’
- Proficiency in using technology, devices and software
- Well developed interpersonal and written communication skills
