SPK Kiosk & Bar is looking for an experienced, passionate, and reliable **Café Supervisor** to join our team.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and loves to work with close nit team, then this is the gig for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Kiosk
- Lead and mentor a small team by providing effective leadership and development
- Lead customer service contact for our customers (with help of the assistant supervisor and owners)
- Training new staff
- Weekly Rostering
- Work closely with the Owners and Head Chef

**What we’re looking for**:

- Demonstrated managerial experience in a similar role.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Leadership skills including an ability to coach and motivate your team
- Professional and clear communication
- Great personality and personal presentation
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Current RSA, (or be willing to obtain one)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
