We are seeking a passionate and skilled **Experienced Barista** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, values great coffee and customer service, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages
- Operate commercial coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision
- Maintain consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and processing payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee station and customer areas
- Assist in restocking, inventory management, and opening/closing duties
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Educate and advise customers on menu options, beans, coffee types

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a barista in a high-volume café or coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk texturing
- Confidence in dialling in grinders for consistency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
- A passion for coffee, people, and hospitality
- Current Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
