**Join Our Family Business - Strata & Garden Maintenance Team Member Wanted**

We’re a small family run business looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team. We take care of boutique apartment buildings, focusing on cleaning common areas, general garden maintenance, and lawn mowing.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Clean and maintain shared spaces in residential buildings
- Lawn mowing and basic gardening
- Keep properties neat, tidy, and well-presented

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Some experience in cleaning or garden work (preferred, not essential)
- Able to work independently and take pride in your work

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
