The Delivery Lead manages effective delivery of the entire portfolio of CityLab projects, programs and initiatives end-to-end. This is managed through the development of efficient workflow processes and ongoing management of sustainable resourcing in consultation with the branch leadership team. This role will manage the delivery of projects, programs and initiatives by supporting strong governance regarding the scope, time, cost and communication activities required to ensure successful delivery, desired outcomes andexcellent partner satisfaction. They are a technical expert in agile ways of working and play a central role coordinating studio operations to ensure optimal resource utilisation and support continual improvement in ways of working.

In addition, the position will require:

- A tertiary qualification, or suitable experience in, operations, project and program management or design management.
- At least few years experience operating in a consulting or design studio environment which utilises Agile methodologies to support creative teams to deliver a portfolio of large and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders with a broad range of expectations and needs can be of a competing nature.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work as an effective team member, including high level engagement with clients, external consultants and contractors ensuring high level performance and effective outcomes.
- Highly developed analytical, lateral thinking and problem solving skills and the ability to take the initiative, drive change and continual improvement.
- High level written, graphic and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey and effectively impart strategic objectives, project information and to negotiate and influence outcomes.
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment and effectively managing multiple priorities within a complex environment.
