Leading Real Estate Agency in the **City of Knox** is searching for a high performing individual to add to their sales team. We're looking for a real estate salesperson with extensive knowledge of the local Eastern Suburbs property market and an established network within the industry.

**No previous real estate experience is required**. You will work alongside and support the Agent who will mentor you and provide you with all of the tools and skills needed to become an elite sales agent in the area.

We are willing to consider all applicants with or without real estate experience.

**YOUR ROLE** will include (but not limited to):
*
- **Generating**, nurturing and converting leads
- Database **management**:

- Hosting first class **open homes** and auctions
- **Negotiating** with vendors and buyers
- Everything else that is needed to get the best price and ensure a smooth sale

In return, you will **receive experience** in all aspects of real estate as well as being set on the right path to enjoy a very successful career in real estate for many years to come.

**Salary**: From $52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

- Wantirna, VIC 3152: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
