Real Estate Appointment Setter

At Knox Property Experts, we are a dynamic real estate agency dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results to homeowners. We are looking for young, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team and assist with booking appointments by making outbound calls to our database.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to make outbound calls to our database of homeowners. Your goal will be to schedule appointments for our real estate team. This is a part-time position where you'll be required to work for 4 hours per shift. The role is flexible but requires a minimum of 100 calls per shift and the booking of at least 7 appointments per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make at least 100 outbound calls per 4-hour shift.
- Book a minimum of 7 appointments per week for our sales team.
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and answer any general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments booked.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of real estate is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to meet weekly targets.
