THE ROLE
CSR have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager (Gyprock) to provide leadership and support to our team in Yarraville, Victoria.
The main purpose of this role will be to provide people and process leadership to the Gyprock Yarraville Cornice, Plasters & Compounds Production teams.
- Lead a team of Production Operators and Supervisors.
- Ensure adherence with all Site Safety requirements.
- Ensure the factory assets of people, knowledge, plant and materials are efficiently and effectively used at all times.
- Ensure effective communications with all Production employees including monthly toolbox talks.
- Ensure products are manufactured to correct specifications.
- Ensure production schedule are delivered as per customer expectations.
