**About the Role**

Step into a leadership role at one of the Gold Coast’s most vibrant rooftop destinations. Aviary Rooftop Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated **Assistant Bar Manager** to join our leadership team. This is more than a supervisory role — we’re after someone who can lead from the floor, inspire our team, and help shape the future of Aviary.

**About you**

As someone with previous bar supervisory/leadership experience, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our guests and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.

- Operational know-how - assisting the Bar Manager with ordering, stock control, compliance, and driving bar efficiency.
