The Role:
As Café Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our FOH operations, fostering a high-performing team while ensuring the day-to-day runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a strong, established team to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain high standards for specialty coffee and fresh, seasonal food.
- Manage rostering, stock control, supplier relations, and operational efficiency.
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Drive growth through sales initiatives and customer engagement strategies.

About You:

- High energy individual that thrives on connecting with customers, and keeps the team motivated.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a café or hospitality management role.
- A confident leader with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
- Skilled in specialty coffee, with hands-on barista experience.
- Strong operational and administrative capabilities, including budget management.
- RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certification (or a willingness to obtain).
