**About the Role**
The purpose of this role is to provide Global Mobility advice which will assist in delivering high quality services to the Perenti Group of Companies. Working as part of the Mobility team, the Global Mobility Officer will be instrumental in providing effective and efficient people processes across all sites and to ensure compliance and consistency across Australia and to contribute to the development of the Mobility function as a whole.
Flexibility is promoted at the Perenti Group; with most of the TA team choosing to work in a hybrid environment that supports working from home (WFH) and allows the opportunity to spend days in the office where you can network, build positive relationships with your stakeholders and foster team engagement.
**Key Requirements**
- A minimum of two years global mobility experience
- Ability to advise on and oversee the coordination of all mobility related services
- Deliver the day-to-day operational requirements for all domestic and international secondments, transfers and mobility related hires
- Experience of Australian immigration for large companies
- Ability to support our team members relocating
- Sound knowledge of the assignment lifecycle and the inherent issues is essential
- Proven ability to research and gain knowledge quickly
- Proven ability to negotiate and problem solve
- Exposure to current employment, tax and immigration related laws
- Proven ability to quickly gain knowledge of large organisation's policies and procedures.
