Client Relationship Manager

**About the Role**:RI Newcastle & Lower Hunter **(RINLH) **is a dynamic and forward-thinking financial advice business that values strong leadership and teamwork. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Relationship Manager (CRM).
Working in collaboration with our General Manager and our current CRM, you will be responsible for a team of Client Service Officers (onshore and offshore) and work closely with our Financial Advisers to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients. We require you to hold a current driver’s license and be available to work from both our Maitland and Kotara offices.
**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:
- **Managing the day-to-day workflow**: To ensure key deliverables and service standards are met.
- **Inspire and Lead**: Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Set clear team goals and motivate team members to achieve them.
- **Performance Management**: Assist with the monitoring of team performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance issues promptly.
- **Collaboration**: Foster collaboration within the team and across the business. Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-functional cooperation.
- **Problem-Solving**: Handle escalated issues, resolve conflicts, and make informed decisions to ensure smooth operations.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- **Employee Development**: Support team members’ professional growth through coaching, training, and mentorship
**Your Skills and Ability to Demonstrate**:
- Previous experience leading a team within a financial advice practice
- Excellent people & communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Be highly organised with a proven ability to prioritise tasks
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work both as part of a team as well as independently
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an extremely high attention to detail
- Be highly motivated and be able to adapt to a variety of situations
