Parkville, Australia IPA Personnel Services Full time

Variety of roles involved in all aspects of vaccine production.

Positions may include but not restricted to:

- Gowning as per SOP/Work instruction for specific area
- Recording of batch documentation accurately.
- Routine cleaning of plant and production work areas.
- Perform work session and post clean environmental monitoring as required.
- Operation of laboratory equipment including autoclaves.
- Perform Aseptic Processing.
- Solution labelling.
- Perform and document in-process quality checks and calculations according to SOP requirements.
- Where applicable-the use of load cells, stirrers, peristatic pumps, compressed air, water for injection, particle counter etc.
- Perform tasks associated with pharmaceutical production such as inventory control, good housekeeping and correct disposal of waste.
- Moving large trolleys through lab and hand unloading and loading of eggs into various machines and processes.
- Repetitive tasks requiring high level of accuracy and focus.

Job Environment:

- The position is a standard 40 hours week. Flexibility is required in start & finishing times.
- Parkville location.
- Some overtime shift and weekend work may be required.
- Highl level of procedural and hygenie procedures required to be followed at all times

The position requires that the employee has a team orientated focus and displays a high degree of safe working practice and quality in their work ethic & remain flexible in their availaibiity due to the nature of the role.
- A satisfactory level of literacy and numeracy must be met
- Passing a National Police check
