**The Administration and Marketing Analyst Role**

The primary objective of this role is to gather, record and interpret market data; and use your analytical skills to support the ZRC team to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

- scanning market activity on LinkedIn,
- uploading relevant information to various databases such as JobAdder,

This is a secure, long term role, working 22 hours per week across 3 or 4 days. As you grow and develop, you will have the opportunity to advance in various directions within the business, based on your skill set and interest areas.

This role would be ideal for a marketing, journalism or psychology undergrad who has an inquisitive nature and a strong interest in data analysis, market behaviour and people. We are also open to applicants from all backgrounds who have an exceptional grasp of utilising modern technology and can demonstrate the skills and ability to vigorously research and investigate movements in markets, interrogate data and produce meaningful reports.

You will be the type of person who is curious. highly organised, likes to hunt for a solution, and builds trust by caring about getting the details right. You will have the ability to work independently and enjoy assisting your colleagues with research, data management, and administration support, so they can focus on service delivery. Discretion and the ability to maintain privacy are of absolute importance in this role as you will be entrusted with managing confidential information.

A flair for creative writing and document presentation would be an advantage as there is opportunity to advance in this area. As a positive contributor with a good sense of humour and strong work ethic, you will enjoy being an integral part of business growth.
